Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate RunMate.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No attempts to access other users’ data.
• No misuse of the service or interference with it.

Public Profiles

If you set a run or profile to public, anyone with the link can view it. You control which entries are public.

Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers

RunMate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RunMate and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using RunMate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
